   - The Potential Tenant/Tenant agrees to pay a hold deposit of discussed amount to the Landlord. The Hold Deposit is paid to secure the premises located at 415/421 N. Michigan St, Toledo OH. for the Potential Tenant. This ensures that the Premises will not be leased to another party during the holding period for only 1 month or less. This deposit hold is non-refundable if the potential tenant decided they no longer want the premises..
